Very Very Disappointed Very disappointing. Stayed at the hotel last year around the same time for the same event. The room we received last time was great! Full kitchen, full living room, king size bed and great sized bathroom. I don’t know what happened this time around but it was insanely different. The room I booked was suppose to have a king sized bed that’s really all that was specified when I booked it. Mediocre stay While we were happy to find a place last minute, we were quite disappointed in the conditions we were staying in. We woke up in the middle of the night to check on our baby in her pack in play only to find roaches in her bed, as well as quite a bit more in the kitchen area and in the bathroom on our toiletries. The room smelled like someone had masked cigarettes and we had to go get air freshener and lysol to remove the smell. The microwave had leftover food inside of it and hadn't been cleaned in sometime. Never again I would never stay at this hotel again. Terrible service and conditions. Too many shaky people hanging around the outside of hotel and lobby.

Disappointing Old, hallway smells of food odors, did not feel safe.

Not a nice experience. Will not repeat. Arrived as per confirmed reservation at this end-of-the-road location. Our room type (accommodation for 4 people) all sold out. We had to settle for more cramped accommodation, which with a roll-away bed accommodated 3 people. We passed on the "Continental Breakfast" and ate at the only only nearby restaurant a Chick-fil-a..

Not worth the money. They need better rooms and cleaning staff.

horrible full of roaches had to leave after a long day at work ended up sleeping in my car because there is no way i was sleeping there with my pregnant wife and take roaches home.

Bad customer services Pay for double bed and only one bed was available. Bad customer services. I hope never used the services again

GOD HELP YOU. The two most important aspects of travel are safety and cleanliness. There was NO security whatsoever at this place. Anyone could literally walk right through the front door and NO ONE would ask them any questions or stop them. No working phone in the room to call 911 should an emergency arise. No cameras, and only 1 employee at the front desk around the clock that has to check everyone in, wash and fold laundry, wash and assemble dishes that you have to carry to your own room, etc. We were displaced due to Hur... read more
