Not a business travelers hotel I had not realized this is more of a “live” there kind of hotel. It was not terrible, but worn. Had to walk through a haze of cigarette (and other) smoke to enter the non-smoking hotel.

Bedbugs My daughter and I stayed there for 4nights We both got bedbugs bites all over of our bodies. Big red dots all over. Room with kitchen were good for cooking but smell wasn’t good.

No place to stay! Found nasty sneakers and dirty socks under the bed. Rotting garbage in the stairwell. Not even a cup in the room and you have to ask for everything. Even then, they question whether you need everything.

No Housekeeping services. Just large to wells in the room and no Housekeeping services available. Expedia offered a price for the room But when I checked in it was higher than The on line advertisement. I will not use Expedia again.

Hotel Refuses Refund Hotel and attending staff adequate but when I checked my booking the website told me twice I had no reservation. I rebooked and then got double billed. The Extended Day representative agreed the booking did not show up but said all he could do was pass the information to 1776 Pembroke and they would get back to me. Needless to stay nothing happened. I am out two nights and Extended Stay is about to lose a long time client.

Nasty and uncomfortable This hotel was absolutely horrible, the room was dirty and the bed has brown stuff all over the sheets, I didn’t even stay I left and found another hotel. Ann the front desk clerk was very nice the only good part of this hotel was Ann.

There was no gym or business center. I neeed to print out my resume for an interview and I was not able. When I asked to use the front desk computer and printer, the attendant flatly refused. I had to go to FedEx kinkos and spend $22!!!

Bad customer service The room was not clean from the last guests. When asking to change linens was told it was not an option and no other rooms available. Terrible customer service experience will not stay there again.
