was like sleeping on a silversmith shop The loud sound of the fan on the airconditioning was awful!! and the pump sound on the bathroom also was bad, couldn't sleep

Not good at all. Extensive guest service hospitality training and delivery of communication are very highly recommended. Generally, the surrounding Extended Stay Properties around this property -- "Extended Stay America - Orlando - Maitland -1760 Pembrook Dr" and generally elsewhere, I have experienced stellar guest service. for $108 a night the furniture was all messed up, tv channels didn't come in clear, breakfast was a muffin and coffee not even a continental breakfast.

The hotel is over priced for the service that provide and the cleanliness was horrible. Bed old and need to be replaced tv doesn’t show clear. Just over all dirty. Will never booked this hotel again!!!!

The worst I had worst experience at this hotel. The entire hotel stinks. The room I was given, already had people living in it. Luckily when I opened it, they were not in the room but their bags were 😮. The receptionist gave me a new room which had damp smell. When I complaint about it, I was given new room (this was 3rd time). But it didn't solve the problem. The room did not have working phone. Window wouldn't close. Microwave had missing base.

There was so many bugs and ants in the room (#329) this is the second encounter with insects the first was a problem with roaches which I actually videoed, now its ants and unidentifiable insects, please FUMIGATE this hotel
