I explained to Kenny the "manager" that the conditions of this hotel are shocking. I knew it was an extended stay and the rates are lower, i needed 1-2 nights for an event i was in town for and didn't want to break the bank. I have stayed at other extended stays and they were updated, clean and nice overall! I stayed on the 2nd floor in a handicap room and the elevator goes up to the 2nd floor but doesn’t go down so I had to take the stairs to get downstairs everytime smh…also I extended my stay only cuz I am here due to doctors appointments and I was charged a early check in fee that I wasn’t aware of at all beforehand and I had already been here I’m not too happy about that and will not be staying at the establishment anymore due to having to pay added costs and not being able to use the elevator and there isn’t even a sign of... read more

It was hotel where people go to use drug, hallway smelled like smoke, and it didn't feel safe. Checked in and left right away. Kid at the front desk was nice tho.

Be aware of your surroundings with this place. There are loads of trash in the stairwell. People follow you to your room. Check out is at 11am but front desk will knock on your door at 9:30 in the morning. When you extend your stay for the night you will have to pay additional charges for early check in and for new towels and internet. If you have other options go with that.

Been here for over a month. There is new management now and be aware of extra fees for booking through a 3rd party. The new manager is very rude and I wouldn’t advise anyone book at this current time. was gonna stay a couple more weeks but I don’t think I can tolerate this.
