On late arrivals, there are no staff to assist. They assigned a room that was out of service because there were no locks on the door.

I called to see when they will clean the room, because I saw some insects 🐜 on the sheets, they set that they clean once a week only, but they could bring me towels or soap if needed them.

If I wanted to check in early I’d have to pay a $20-30 fee... which is absurd!
The rooms smell musty. Bathroom at least are okay.

There are no phones in the room, to call the front desk for assistance. The phone that they have up front for the one person that is working doesn’t answer. There is no greeting upon entrance or while they are checking you in, customer service doesn’t exist. The guy that was working had a nasty attitude, when we tried to ask for any assistance. Don't stay here I wouldn't stay in this hotel again, let me tell you why. My husband and I were staying here for our work. The first night the air didn't work and we are in Florida, so you have to have air. It registered at 60 degrees but was at least 80 in the room.
