Absolutely nothing to like about this place. Feces in the hallway sent me over the edge to go elsewhere for the rest of my stay. Police came for a domestic call one night late - yelling screaming pounding on doors. . And the fire department to rescue someone from the broken elevator another night. No linen or cleaning services for stays under 10 days. This place was the worst I’ve ever stayed at.

Cortiva June teaching trip The front desk host was rude, plain and simple. When telling her my rm&tx was paid and I did not want to leave a card for incidentals because it was not necessary. I spent 20 yrs in the hotel/resort business and in front of the house and with way more deluxe and luxury hotels than your segment and this is not a good policy. I saw roaches and heard rats making noise. I room was not clean there was nails on the floor and hella dirt everywhere.

Robbed me!! This place was awful! They wouldn’t even honor my reservation nor give me a refund! I had to get another hotel room out of my own pocket!

Dirty and filthy room and ambient. Location was good outside and could not imagine about inside the hotel.
