I want to be really honest. I was looking something affordable this time. It wasn't the most affordable option but the rate at expedia was decent... but this place showed to me the worst version. This place is located like in the industrial area. If we talk about cleaners theu are the worst-case. This place stinks, the room smells like decompose food. This place has roaches. Found them in the kitchenette area. The stove was disgusting. Area around the sink had mildew and crust. Not a great place to stay overnight. Renter beware

Found so many roaches in the room. Roaches are everywhere in the room. I did not have good sleep. Scared of entering into my ears…

Bed was just a cot. Walls were damaged. Appliances we’re rusted and dirty. Roaches were everywhere.

No se lo recomendaría a nadie, la habitación estaba muy sucia con cucarachas y huevos de cucarachas, salían de los receptáculos y en el microondas, hasta habían en las sabanas “Limpias”. Pero el staff de Orbitz nos reacomodo en un hotel súper limpio y habitable para toda la familia. Gracias Orbitz staff.

There was a loud noise in the bathroom vent that wouldn't shut off, killed about 6 bugs in the room, didn't have a remote for the TV, no lamp in the room, no coffee maker, and the bathroom smelled VERY strongly like cat urine. We were very unhappy with this room but were too tired to leave and try to find someplace else. We’re not at all picky, but to pay over $180.00 for this was pretty bad.

I checked in, went to my room, immediately found 3 live roaches in the bathroom, kitchen area, and by the bed. I immediately went downstairs and complained, they said there were no other rooms, so I had to check out! Took pictures of everything. Orbitz said the manager has to issue a refund. I am waiting for resolution on this! Gross!!!!!!! Also, there were no free utensils or dishware to use at the property, unlike other places with kitchenettes that provide these basic free amenities.
