Toilet seat was dirty and the water had things floating in it. The room just looked like they took a random room and placed a bed in it

Pesimo el sistema de check in hice la reserva a las 6 de la tarde por 3 noches y llegue al hotel a las 8 pm y el Obin estaba cerrado nadie me respondio y me toco irme para otro hotel . Lo peor es que la primera noche la cobraron y yo sin haberme hospedado .

unhealthy and unsafe to stay The room smelled like cigarettes even tho we paid for a non-smoking room. The room has roaches everywhere and even though we complained to the front desk they said they could do nothing about it. When I went to the front desk to check in I waited about 25 minutes for someone to come to the front desk to check us in. The hotel is in terrible condition and unhealthy and unsafe to stay.

First of all they didn’t leave any toilet paper and second and most importantly there was roaches all over the room , my son son couldn’t sleep. One of the worst hotels I’ve ever been.
