Everything about my night there was horrrible. When I walked in at almost 11pm, the front desk attendant told me the only room Expedia had booked for me was flooded. Then, she went to *check* and said it was fine. The room smell like flooded, it didn’t look ready for a guest. The facility is currently being renovated. The prices were very high for this weekend because of demand, so You would think that they would take that into account for their price. I arrived around 3pm to check in and was told after waiting about ten minutes while the Clerk went back and fourth with another Guest about price that the room wasn't available and that I needed to come back in about an hour. I said are You going to knock something off the price. She said No, You will have to take that up with the Manager on Monday... read more

Que mal me fue! Esto es una extension y aunque tiene cocina no esta equipado, no limpian la habitacion, casi nunca tienen paños para cambiarlos, esta atestado de cucarachas, tiene usted que sacar la basura hasta un contenedor que esta a las afueras de la propiedad y si no lo haces te amenazan con hacer el check out y no ten devuelven el dinero, se escucha todo lo del piso superior, no se puede dormir por culpa de eso, en definitiva, si te sale algo igual precio en otro lado, te recomiendo tomar esa otra opcion

The area is good, but the service is crappy We reserved rooms to stay at the JW Marriott on 4040 Central and the Courtyard by Taft street in the same area, but we had some late comers that needed to be accommodated. We saw this place had available rooms, we booked and got there, they have no night attendant, you have to call on a phone they have on the wall, wait for 20 minutes for someone to come to get you in a give you keys. They only put two towels in the room, my people had to wait till 9:00 to get them while they close... read more

I would never stay here ever again!! It was literally a ROACHTEL; the room was crawling with roaches.i have never seen anything like this in my life it was a NIGHTMARE!!!
