Didn’t stay at the hotel receive a refund because I requested to have a non smoking room. And the room smelled horrible like someone just finished smoking a cigar. They refused to give me another room without paying extra

This hotel is smelly and some of the guest are a little creepy.

Terrible customer service Front desk staff was no help whatsoever. Found stain on bedsheets and baby roaches in the shower. I will never book a room at this hotel again.

Cheap but pretty rough Closest thing to a prison type room you can get, uncomfortable, cockroaches and bugs, gross carpet. Thankfully we were barely in the room for the night. You get what you pay for, cheapest room in the area. But don’t expect much comfort

WoodSpring Suites was not such a pleasant vacation stay. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone. I killed three lizards while in the room. There were no shade covering for the window. So it was like I forced to wake up early because of the sun shining in the room. The bed was very uncomfortable. The elevator was out of service. I had to carry my luggage up four flights of stairs. I wouldn’t rate this hotel any stars.

Staff was pretty bad, they were having a conversation behind a locked security window verses taking care of us. They did not have our Expedia reservation in their system and had to pay more for a room. The Hotel isn't located in the best part of down and is very sub par at best. If you need a cheap one night stay it would work, else I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs.
