Dirty! I did not enjoy it! The room was dirty and they had to search for 20 minutes to find me a room for my reservation! I will not be returning back there!

Terrible hotel looks like a roach motel smelled Expedia lost my reservation had to find another hotel in the middle of the night. Place smelled bad and looked awful. Wouldn't let my dog stay there.
poderia ser melhor. localização excelente, próximo do Wallmart, 10 minutos da universal e 25 da Disney. Hotel e quarto com cheiro forte de cigarro, fora isto ok. esteja preparado pois a limpeza é uma vez por semana, comum nos hotéis com cozinha. se optar por este hotel, peça um quarto sem carpete.
Dirty, smelly room. No chambermaid service. Worst hotel I've every stayed in. Never again.

Incompetent hotel employees Never could get a straight answer to anything. We had packages sent to the hotel and for two days they couldn't locate them. It turned out they were right there behind the counter the entire time.

Good for the Money, but you don't get much This is a bare bones hotel. No daily maid service. You have to ask for things like shampoo or silverware and dishes for your kitchen. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast is also minimal Grab and Go type, but sufficient. Not one of the better hotels in this chain. Try the one next door which is much nicer, but probably more expensive.
Bem localizado, porém com mau cheiro. O hotel é bem localizado, fica em frente ao supermercado Walmart, em uma vizinhança muito tranquila. Todavia, a estadia foi desagradável devido ao forte cheiro de cigarro nas áreas comuns e dentro do próprio quarto. Fomos surpreendidos com baratas no quarto, o qual necessita de uma reforma.
