Bring your own sheets and linens. (And Coffee) When I arrived, I noticed that there were stains on the sheets. I asked for new top and bottom sheets, and was given 2 top sheets. I had to ask 4 times for an ashtray, as this was a smoking room. I had to ask 3 times for a coffee maker. When I did get the coffee maker, I was not provided with any supplies or a coffee mug. Horrible..hotel needs to be better maintained Choose this hotel because it was close to work and food was nearby, however was confused which building because there were 2 Extended stays right next to each other. Checked in late night, arrived to a roach infested room so bad I actually had to go across the street to Walmart to purchase spray for the room and trust me I can deal with just about anything as I work in maintenance myself. Breakfast included? Really? Breakfast was not included, this hotel only has a Coffee Station/grab and go snack. ¨Breakfast included¨ description is misleading when you are making a selection and comparing this hotel with others that do offer breakfast. I asked about this at the front desk and was told that other Extended Stay America hotels do offer breakfast, but not this specific hotel.

The outside fooled me... the outside was so nice, the inside was dirty and well used. My room smelt and was dirty and run down. It needs to be updated and fixed up. Everything was chipped and it had bugs on the ground. I was grossed out the whole time. Breakfast was awful no selection. I drive up thinking it was nice and it was total opposite inside.

Wouldn't stay here again The room was basically clean although needs work. The tub finish was very worn and stained like it was dirty and is actually peeling. A bigger issue though was that there were people loitering around the pool and parking lot asking to bum cigarettes. These people appeared to be vagrants. Not very comforting. Also there was no presence at the front desk a lot of the time.

I will never stay there again. There were no amenities in the room. On the Internet site it was listed as everything needed for an extended stay. There wasn't a coffee pot or any dishes. The carpet was filthy.

MR SOME ROOMS ARE SMELLIER, AS WE HAD TO CHANGE OUR FIRST OFFERED ROOM DUE TO BAD STENCH. NEED TO CONSIDER TO REPLACE CARPET WITH TILES.
Hotel needs up keep We've stay here before 4 years ago . To my dismay I couldn't believe how the hotel is showing neglect inside and out. We booked a nonsmoking room and we got a room that smelled smoked in I mention this to the manager at check out and he assure it was a nonsmoking room I told him he needs to go and smell it. I also requested pillows before arrival and I was told it would be taken care of and it was not.

Hotel sujo Os quartos sao limpos 1 vez a cada 5 dias, absurdo....o cheiro do Hotel é horrível. Café da manhã não existe. Localizacao razoavel.
