Horrible lugar,mala atención al cliente en el turno nocturno,no coffee machine en los cuartos,no tenían disponible la habitación doble que había pedido,solo tenían camas Queen para dos personas,cero cortesía y amabilidad en el front desk.No recomendable para nadie.

Arrived on the property, didn’t realize there was two hotels. Went to the front one and walked in no front desk person then when on e finally showed up very rude and was like make sure you’re at the right hotel in a snotty voice. Went to the second hotel once again no office staff at the desk. Finally got checked in laid down and all of a sudden someone is using a key and opening our door. 😡 Their breakfast SUCKED, literally had plain waffles and white toast and orange juice. WORST EXPERIENCE This hotel appears pretty Nice from the outside but looks are clearly deceiving. First thing That caught my eye prior to check in was about 3 police officers off to the side of the lobby. While I was the only person in line to check in I waited 20-25 minutes only to be unprofessionally sent to an uncleaned room with a clogged sink. The chairs were nasty, condoms in the drawer next to the bed. So we informed the front desk and Ms.Kat checked it out , was upset and said the GM will talk to us next morning. So next morning we checked the Gm was in front property and front desk said she will ask him to call us but we have not got a call from him. Hotel mal cuidado Trata-se de um hotel relativamente novo, porém mal cuidado. A iluminação do quarto é bem ruim, bem como a limpeza.

It was a terrible hotel! Dirt, debris, unpleasant smell greets you at the entrance. The room was all broken, dirty, the toilet and the hair dryer did not work, the switches were broken. Dirty bed with hair !!! My family was tired after 10 hours of driving, we arrived at 3 AM and had to sleep until the morning to change the hotel. I was afraid to sleep in this hotel! I do not recommend anyone to stay there !!!!

very dirty, changed room 3 times bathroom still broken

The staff was wonderful. They were the only good part of this property. The first room I was in had a clogged kitchen sink, a stove that didnt work, no hot water, and a bathtub faucet that would not turn off so just steadily poured water. The bathroom was NOT clean. I moved into a new room. Bathroom in new room was also not clean and the toilet just stopped flushing one night, so I had to keep running downstaira to the lobby bathroom. Terrible place ti stay!
