Two hotels same name There are two hotels in that parking lot, 6451 and the other one. We stayed at 6451. Arrived and given a room, they we’re shampooing the carpets. Given another room looked like they forgot to vacuum the carpets. No toiletries you would expect in a hotel. Towels in bath ok. The hotel was okay based on the price. The check-in was fine. It was fast which was great based on the time we arrived. The room carpet had crumbs under the chairs. The sink seem to have mildew accumulation... So that just made the whole place feel dirty. Towels looked and felt cleaned. There was no weird smells. Bed sheets looked and smelled cleaned. So-so hotel in a nice location Pretty sketchy hotel, but the room was clean enough. The beds weren't comfy, we never got coffee because it was always out of service. The hallway constantly smelled like weed, and the staff didn't really seem to care too much about anything.

Rooms and fixtures are worn. Common area is poorly maintained. There was no internet. There are two buildings. I was in the older back section.

Disappointed The best part was the check in. Lana has awesome customer service skills and the best front desk service. That was the only good thing I have to say. What I have to say about the room nothing nice. The room was not clean our bed covers had blood and stains on it. The carpet was stained and looked nasty. The bathroom towel for the floor mate looked like someone had stepped on it with dirty feet, which it was hanging on the tub. I would not recommend to stay here and we will not be back. Don’t stay here Me and my husband recently took our daughter to Disney for her birthday and decided on this place for the price, distance and the option to pay at the hotel. Once we got there the area itself seems bad. The staff was okay but the room and hotel are horrible. Dirty and stained carpet. Stained drawers. Saw 2 roaches on the stay. Furniture is damaged. 一泊50ドル以下ならOKなレベル コンベンションセンターの展示会で滞在。徒歩10分でいける近さ意外にとりえは無い。 部屋は十分な広さで、キッチン、電子レンジ、大きな冷蔵庫は付いているが、食器、調理器具は置いていない。引き出しの中はホコリだらけで、ティッシュを湿らせて拭くと真っ黒になった。 日々の客室内清掃は無く、タオル類はフロントで交換する仕組み。 朝食付きとなっているが、パンとシリアル、飲み物、ヨーグルト程度で、とても満足できるものではない。一泊50ドルなら我慢できるレベルだが、今回の4泊で800ドル以上の価格には見合わない。 周辺にはコンビニもレストランもほとんど無く、車がないと買い物は何もできない。 チェックアウト時にタクシーを頼んだら、白タクがきて、空港まで他人と相乗りさせられ一人あたり35ドルと通常のタクシー料金の倍額を取られた。（UBER利用をお勧めします）

ひどかった WiFiが使えないことを伝えると自分でITヘルプデスクに電話するよう指示されるが、部屋の電話が故障中でフロントで電話させられ、自動音声からなかなか繋がらず30分くらいかかった。部屋のトイレが詰まったためロビー横のトイレを使おうとするも鍵がかかっており、誰かが入っていると思って時々ノックしながら待っていたが開くことがなく、10分後くらいに通りかかった従業員から「そこは従業員用だか���使えない」と捨てゼリフのように強い口調で言われる（そのような案内は何も表示されていない）。隣のホテルに行けと指示される。部屋のタオルはこちらから言わなければ交換してもらえない。 立地が良いからか1泊あたりの宿泊費は決して安くないため、サービスの悪さにはかなりの不満を感じた。
