Not worth the money! The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I woke up sore and in pain. Nothing was anchored in to the wall so a shelf fell on my foot and the shower curtain rod was hanging from the wall. Nailheads were sticking out of the wall and my 4 year old daughter tripped and got scraped and bruised from them. They do not clean or replace towels daily. Nasty Nasty service and not clean - live roaches

Attention to maintenance and pest control, but OK The toilet would only flush every 3-4 flushes. There were ants all over the desks. We kept our suitcases up high as not to catch the infestation. However, the service people were very pleasant to deal with. Check-in was quick.

The beds were Hard, sheets were ruff and the bathroom had s smell.

Left us stranded. Awful place. Well, after driving 4 hours to Orlando I found out that my booking was CANCELLED by the hotel. Apparently, after I confirmed and paid for my booking with hotels.com the hotel decided to run my credit card. Because my Credit Card had expired between the day I booked (about a month prior) and the day I arrived, the hotel decided to send me an email 5 hours prior to check-in letting me know that my credit card had failed. We won't be back. There was nothing as promised in the room. No coffee machine, dishes, etc. The tub was leaking and had someone else's hairs all over it. We even saw cockroaches. The hallways were dirty with litter, dropped food, etc, and smelled terrible, every single time we left the room. The towels were also dirty, the bed so uncomfortable I'll be seeing my doctor on Monday because if the pain in my back. They gave us a double bed instead of a queen... outside the hotel every night there were locals playing music loudly... read more

Todos los meses voy a Orlando y siempre me quedo en hoteles y este ha sido mi peot experiencia y lo peor es que pague cada noche como si fuese un hotel 5 estrellas, las noches mas caras y el peor hotel. No vayan jamas
