BAD We booked this hotel for 3 days 12-14 March. This hotel is so dirty and it smells so bad that you cannot enter the room without room spray. the sink was clogged and found german cockroaches in the toilet. the sheets smell stinky. They don't have room service daily for people who booked less than 7 days, they charge extra for that. The breakfast choice was very limited and the service was bad.

We left after seeing the hotel and the rooms. It is not a three stars. Your ratings does not correspond to the hotel.

Air conditioner failed to work. Continental breakfast is seriously lacking.

Dirty, carpet ripped in room. Everything is dated. Smell (not a good smell) of food being cooked permeated the floor every night. Kids crying and dogs barking1

The trash had not been taken out of the room from the prior occupant when I arrived. The hallways and dining area were generally unkempt. Around 1AM the night after checking in at the front desk I was awakened repeatedly from the staff trying to enter the room to let another occupant in, because they did not realize in their computer system that I had already checked into the room and they were trying to give it to someone else. 2 DAY STAY, NOT GOOD REPORTED BATHROOM SINK CLOGGED AND NOONE CAME. SO 2ND DAY HAD TO USE KITCHEN FAUCET IN ITS PLACE. CLOG CREATED AN ODOR. 50% OF THE TIME THERE WAS NOONE AT THE FRONT DESK. PLACE IS VERY RUN DOWN. WISH I COULD BE POSITIVE, BUT I CANT

Budget hotel near disney parks. The good thing about the hotel is its location and a decent breakfast. The room has very small kitchen and laundary facilities which is handy. Now on the other side the hotel is really dirty. The hallway and the room has a foul smell, though we used the room only for night sleep. They don't do housekeeping unless you stay for more than 7 days.

Hotel for Disney trip Bugs in the bathroom. Tv didn’t even turn on. Staff leaves at 11. Air doesn’t work properly. Sheets were not clean.

Disappointed in my stay When we walked into our room the air wasn't turned on. It was easily 85 degrees outside. The air conditioner smelled old, musty or moldy and the refrigerator and sink smelled as though it previously had rotten food in it at one point and wasn't cleaned properly. Room was clean but between the heat and the smell of the room, I wouldn't stay here again or recommend it to others.
