Bed was really dirty. When I wanted talk to manager he not was there and on front desk was woman and she told me she is only helper.

Great location for Convention Center I booked this hotel as its a quarter mile walk from the convention center and upon arrival immediately regretted my decision. My room had recently been smoked in, even though its a non-smoking hotel. I went to the front desk and asked for another room and she offered me a bottle of febreeze to try first. On my second visit to the front desk she gave me a different room. This place is a dump This hotel is a dump. I feel bad for the staff as they work hard but it looks like nobody, who matters, really cares about this place. My room was infested with ants. I let the front desk know after my first night and that was the last I heard about it from the hotel. strong smoke smell in the room and bathroom. The first room I went in had strong smoke smell. I asked for another room. Still smell smoke and no other room available. It's non smoking room.

Think Before you Book!!!!!! Horrible Hotel. We arrived at 12am and were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, no pillows, unmade bed, wet towels in the bathroom. We were told to wait because they were overbooked and she had to handle that 1st. We waited about 45 mins. We asked to be assigned to a new room because we were exhausted.
