strong smoke smell in the room and bathroom. The first room I went in had strong smoke smell. I asked for another room. Still smell smoke and no other room available. It's non smoking room.

Think Before you Book!!!!!! Horrible Hotel. We arrived at 12am and were assigned a room that had not been cleaned, no pillows, unmade bed, wet towels in the bathroom. We were told to wait because they were overbooked and she had to handle that 1st. We waited about 45 mins. We asked to be assigned to a new room because we were exhausted. Not worth the money! The bed was horribly uncomfortable. I woke up sore and in pain. Nothing was anchored in to the wall so a shelf fell on my foot and the shower curtain rod was hanging from the wall. Nailheads were sticking out of the wall and my 4 year old daughter tripped and got scraped and bruised from them. They do not clean or replace towels daily. Attention to maintenance and pest control, but OK The toilet would only flush every 3-4 flushes. There were ants all over the desks. We kept our suitcases up high as not to catch the infestation. However, the service people were very pleasant to deal with. Check-in was quick.
