very bad experience. worst customer service I've ever had at a hotel. the night shift employee at the front desk was horrible. gave me a room that smelled of urine and wasn't even cleaned by housekeeping. and didn't even apologize for it. just gave me another room. as if nothing ever happened. unbelievable!!

The worse expirence ever! We did our reservation a month in advance using Expedia.com for a single Queen Bed room from November 12-14 . When we get to the hotel at 4:00pm for the check in, the lady at the Front Desk gave us the room 233. When we opened the door," SURPRISE"other guesses were in that room already! Uf!!! So we went back to the front desk and the lady said that she made a mistake instead it was the room 223,OK!!! Cheap hotel close to Convention Centwe Really I was surprised with this hotel There were not any person that clean the room during my 4 days stay. There were not a soap neither a shampoo to clean the hair The towels , they. Never clean them neither changed them

Too many roaches Had to stomp on a family of roaches in the kitchen as soon as I stepped through the door, later there was a roach on the head board, a couple on the wall a bit later, a big one in the bathroom at night... You get the idea. Also there are no ice machines. Odd.

Another hotel The staff was friendly; however, the room wasn't very clean. Carpet had some stains, the bathroom wall also had some dirt stains. The pool was a bit dirty.
