Left us stranded. Awful place. Well, after driving 4 hours to Orlando I found out that my booking was CANCELLED by the hotel. Apparently, after I confirmed and paid for my booking with hotels.com the hotel decided to run my credit card. Because my Credit Card had expired between the day I booked (about a month prior) and the day I arrived, the hotel decided to send me an email 5 hours prior to check-in letting me know that my credit card had failed. We won't be back. There was nothing as promised in the room. No coffee machine, dishes, etc. The tub was leaking and had someone else's hairs all over it. We even saw cockroaches. The hallways were dirty with litter, dropped food, etc, and smelled terrible, every single time we left the room. The towels were also dirty, the bed so uncomfortable I'll be seeing my doctor on Monday because if the pain in my back. They gave us a double bed instead of a queen... outside the hotel every night there were locals playing music loudly... read more

Todos los meses voy a Orlando y siempre me quedo en hoteles y este ha sido mi peot experiencia y lo peor es que pague cada noche como si fuese un hotel 5 estrellas, las noches mas caras y el peor hotel. No vayan jamas

Occupated room Custamer service wasn't at its finest when I first check in, the first thing I smelled with I enter the building was the weed. When I got the keys to my room, they gave me a occupated room. Not a hotel I would recommend

Bad exprrience Bath tub was flooding all time when you use it. Poor drainage system for bath tube.

awful the staff was really friendly, but the room was dirty, and smelled terrible, like someone left the carpet wet for a month in a locked room

It was not clean at all. Hair everywhere from shower to toilet and bed. Also, clogged tub.

One night stand Was in Orlando overnight on business. Booked this because it was cheap --- and I got what I paid for! Was very disappointing.
