Do Not Stay at this Hotel! The worst. At check in, I was told to go across the parking lot to another hotel for the luggage cart. Room was very dirty and the floor had a sticky feeling. Breakfast consisted of both kinds of coffee, reg and decaf, 4 breakfast bars, 6 packaged muffins and a few packets of instant oatmeal; however, no bowls for the oatmeal...guess I could have used a coffee cup. 2nd night AC went out. Horrible! Smelt so bad from who knows what. I didn’t have high expectations but I did expect livable conditions. Then charged me $155 for the night when I was canceling the remaining 2 days I had booked. I switched to Spark by Hilton, which is two hotels down which I was really impressed with the customer service and cleanliness, they even let me checkin at 7am because I couldn’t stand being at the Extended Stay anymore.

The pictures are very deceiving. Should've paid attention to the reviews, but I have stayed in Extended Stay America hotels before & have been satisfied. This property needs major work and needs a manager who knows how to manage. Management is not doing a good job looking after this place. No one was at the front desk when we checked in. I had to yell hello a few times before someone finally came. He was unkempt, wearing a wrinkled green t-shirt with the hotel's logo.
