Gross extended hotel Opened the room door and was greeted with a rusted front refrigerator , dirt and crud in corners of bath room , peeling veneer off dresser and nitestand and next am looking for a hair dryer and picked up phone not connected picked up cord to look at plug in filthy full of dust just a gross place convention weekend lots of sold out rooms

The walkway to the rooms was dirty for all four days of my stay. The carpet in my room was dirty/stained. Staff was totally untrained with no interpersonal skills.

Roaches, smelled like piss and cigarettes, no amenities. Got into my room late at night after waiting super long and there were NO SHEETS ON THE BED. When asked the employee offered to just hand me some sheets and let me make the bed… disgusting stench, and roaches crawling everywhere.
