There was dog poop all over the grounds. No housekeeping the entire stay. Bathroom was dirty. Thin walls and people could be heard talking and moving all night. No thank you!!

Terrible experience Nobody there to check me in, rocking bed with uncomfortable shape, mold on bathroom ceiling, dirty fridge. Will not stay there again.

Filthy, Unsafe, and Smells Terrible This is the most disgusting hotel I've ever stayed in. Everything is stained and filthy. The floors, the walls, the towels, the bed, everything. The lock on the door was broken off the frame and the room smelled of stale cigarette smoke. You can feel every spring in the thin mattress, that is probably as old as I am. The only good thing when I stayed over were the staff, as they were professional throughout. The entire hotel itself was just bad. My hotel room carpet was sticky, tv did not work at all. Shower only had cold water. The fridge had stains all over it. The stove top was dirty too, hell even upon entry into the room, there was a some trash left over from the last guest that was there. This place is a disgusting rat hole . We were checked in incorrectly and the hotel manager had the nerve to try and charge us more than what we already paid through Expedia !!! I left a day early and was not refunded . The fridge had mold , the fire alarm was dangling from the ceiling and the mattress was caved in and forced me to sleep on the floor . This place should be condemned. They bait and switch so expect unfair and deceptive practices from these people

I usually stay at this property to go to the Convention Center, however this time the experience was terrible. They didn't want to check us in at 2:40 saying you have to wait until 3, then at 3 there was nobody at check-in for almost 25min. The room was weared out badly, there was no hot water on the shower and the plumbing fixtures were glued and moved when you used them.
