Todo el hotel huele a marihuana, la cama muy mal estado, las instalaciones viejas, si tiene aire acondicionado. Llegando nos comentaron que estaba sobrevendidas las habitaciones.

I have stayed in an Extended Stay before and it was clean and nice. So, I assumed it was the same level of service I would get. However, the room was filty. There was hair on the bed. When I requested new sheets, it still had hair on it. The floors were so dirty to the point I ended up trashing the sandals I wore around the room. The dishes that was given to me was so dirty I had to run it under extreme hot water. dont stay here Please do not stay here. awful place. Very dirty, no cleaning service, no food or coffee for cold breakfast they advertise.

This is by far the worst hotel stay I’ve ever had. The first two rooms assigned to me were not touched at all by a cleaner after the last visitor. The covers were off the beds towels on the floor, crumbs on the counter just dirty. After finally getting a room that was partially cleaned it stink very bad. The floor was dirty and sticky, refrigerator dirty, hair in the tub, wash cloths were darn near black. I would never stay or recommend anyone else to stay at this particular extended stay. Disgusting Don't stay here. The smell in the rooms and in the hallways is bad, the room was dirty. The applicances are old and run-down. My worst hotel experience in 15 years. We had to stay here regardless of the nasty conditions because we had kids with us and arrived at almsot midnight due to our travel time. The lady at the front desk had terrible service ( not even customer service) asked for towels and we couldn't even get any. Room was not ready. The beds were not done. The front desk clerk told me that the room was ready when it was not. Beds were still undone. Would not recommend this place at all. I had to leave and book another hotel. Just awful experience.

Customer service was amazing! The quality of the room on the other hand horrible. There was a horrible smell, appliances were broken and missing. I left and went to another hotel
