Roaches, smelled like piss and cigarettes, no amenities. Got into my room late at night after waiting super long and there were NO SHEETS ON THE BED. When asked the employee offered to just hand me some sheets and let me make the bed… disgusting stench, and roaches crawling everywhere.

Schrecklich…. Schrecklich. Wir hatten zwei Nächte in dieser Unterkunft gebucht. Nach einer Nacht haben wir unsere Sachen gepackt und sind abgereist. Der Grund. Bereits beim check-in hat uns eine völlig demotivierte Mitarbeiterin abgefertigt. Das Nichtraucherzimmer roch nach abgestandenem Rauch und die Klimaanlage müffelte. Das Zimmer wurde mit Frühstück angepriessen. Das war ein völliger Witz. Das Frühstückbuffet bestand aus einem Kaffeeautomat und eingepackten Muffins… Macht einen weiten Bogen um diese Unterkunft.

The hallway smelled like trash they don’t accept cash if u not staying for more than 7 days/nights the rooms smell like there’s no air circulation when I got in my room some one laid on the bed I could see the imprint on the pillows and covers they moved me to another room and that room was even worse they don’t have no wifi I paid 292 dollars for me to be in a cheap motel they have to do better this is a tourist area near the convention center nobody came in to do housekeeping or change the towels the tub had hair in it it ... read more

Disgusting This place is extremely unkept. The ceiling looks like it’s falling apart inside the room. The paint is chipping everywhere. Worst thing was we found black tiny particles all over our sheets like they never were changed. I would never stay there again.

Disgusting!! I wouldn’t stay here again. Only plus it’s 5 min from SeaWorld and the water park , 14 min from Disney. But it’s a NOOO for me and they don’t clean the room everyday and bring fresh towels , they cleaned room once and fixed the bed didn’t clean the bathroom or leave clean towels

They dont care. First room smelled like a fish market. The whole shower was covered in mold. The hotel flagged it as not habitable. Second room on the third floor a little better. The bathroom shower and sink were both clogged. The bathroom doorknob fell off. The floor for sure hasn't been mopped in awhile. Matress pad looked like a toddlers been living on it. The breakfast of which it is advertised as such, consisted of 2 oatmeal packs and no coffee. Sweet. It seems corporate or whoever doesn't care.
