The pictures are very deceiving. Should've paid attention to the reviews, but I have stayed in Extended Stay America hotels before & have been satisfied. This property needs major work and needs a manager who knows how to manage. Management is not doing a good job looking after this place. No one was at the front desk when we checked in. I had to yell hello a few times before someone finally came. He was unkempt, wearing a wrinkled green t-shirt with the hotel's logo. Gross extended hotel Opened the room door and was greeted with a rusted front refrigerator , dirt and crud in corners of bath room , peeling veneer off dresser and nitestand and next am looking for a hair dryer and picked up phone not connected picked up cord to look at plug in filthy full of dust just a gross place convention weekend lots of sold out rooms

The walkway to the rooms was dirty for all four days of my stay. The carpet in my room was dirty/stained. Staff was totally untrained with no interpersonal skills.
