Worst possible hotel ever. The hotel smells of mold. The rooms smells of ammonia. Very rude staff. The complimentary breakfast was coffee amd granola bars. I got 2 rooms and the is the worst experience ever at a hotel. Will never stay here again.

Stinky Cigarette Smell and no towels First, I did not read carefully or know that as an extended stay hotel, there is no housekeeping unless you pay extra. I’m not sure if that is the norm, but I had never experienced that. ALSO, you do nut get fresh towels. We were told to wash them in the laundry room. Foremost—it reeked of cigarette smoke. When I complained to the front desk, they said they were booked and could not offer a different room. She mentioned she may be able to get a 10% discount, but that did not occur.

This property was perfect for being close to where I needed to be. Other than that it was a “hood” experience. I’ve been to numerous other of their properties and they were geared towards the traveler. No disrespect but it was just not a good ex pierce for/to me. Not nasty but could use a good cleaning This was fairly clean but could definitely use an update. When you pulled the knob for the shower water, the whole faucet came out of the wall. There was a very strong smell of marijuana throughout the hotel 24 hrs. a day. the water was hot and the staff was friendly. I never saw any housekeeping while there 3 days. I will not book this hotel again as the price is not justified by the condition of the property.

I wouldn't stay there and waste a penny. Booked a few nights and decided to check out the next morning after we stayed the first night. NOT clean. Found dirty towels on the floor once we entered the room. Called front desk, she apologized! Right after we hanged up, I just discoved the bathroom sink was clogged. Some light bulbs were out. The property is very close to the conference center which is convenient. There are 2 properties, 1 in front of the other, the other one seemed cleaner and more appropriate, the sports complex one was very run down, the hallway smelled so strong of cigarettes, I thought i was in a bar. The room smelled fine, no cigarette smell there. There was a half dead roach in the tub, but no other bugs seen.

There was not much I liked at this place I would not recommend it to anybody and I don’t think I would want stay there again
