1st of all it said breakfast on the website, that's the first lie. It was a grab and go breakfast I was told from the front desk, a muffin and a drink. So we went down at 9:45 for it and was told it overs at 9:30. Next day we went down at 9:15 it was nothing there!! Not even coffee. The hallways were dirty and the room smelled like dirty wet carpet. Very disappointed in this hotel.

The common areas looked dirty. My room’s floor was sticky. I found a roach on the nightstand. The room had a kitchen but to plates, cups, silverware or pots. Really the worse extented stay I ever had booked.

Homeless Hotel Extended status have become nothing more than homeless hotels. The hallway smelled like skunk, the bathroom was moldy. We booked a room with a queen, got 2 doubles. Would never stay again.

Good location but hotel needs cleaning and updated The only thing good about this hotel and stay was the convenience of the location to my event. The building is not even marked with a name. We went into the building out front that was marked and were told to check in at the building around back. The showers had minimal warm water forget hot and very poor water pressure. The bed was uncomfortable. The floors felt sticky.

Hotel overbooked then refuses to refund payment. We found out at 1AM when we finally arrived to the hotel after traveling all day. Front desk person was apologetic, but largely unhelpful.

Hello Nate,Unfortunately when guests book through third parties like Expedia the hotel is not given any of the guest's personal information such as phone number or email, which the hotel can use to contact the guest when we are overbooked. Third parties tend to keep sending reservations to the hotel even though we are already booked. I apologize that this occurs but ultimately it is out of the hotel's control. Price was great, front desk clerk was very pleasant. Other than that, there isn't a positive thing I can say about the property. Dirty, dingy, noisy, same trash in hallways and stairwells for 4 days, carpets filthy, room fridge old & rusting, no drinkware/serviceware, constant pot smoke smell in hallways, groups of people hanging out in the parking lot boozing it up...I could go on but you get the idea.
