Super bad check in The front desk person treated us with disrespect and yielded at us. So rude and unpolite. Very unprofessional and disappointed. She should be fire for treating guest like that. Totally unacceptable

Entire floor was sticky. No hot water in shower. Room smelled musty.

Worst hotel experience in my 34 years of traveling for business or pleasure. The building from the outside looks normal but when you enter the elevator, you can already see the disrepair of everything. When you enter the apartment there is a terribly unpleasant smell. Upon entering the room the smell intensifies. I didn't really go to another hotel because all the other hotels because of the convention were full. I would never use this hotel again

Bed bugs! The room was filthy. Other guest said the same and said there were bed bugs.

Many guests in the parking lot. Kids running INTO the car. Felt so unsafe that the clients left the property and checked into another hotel.

A 2 star location too far from the convention center to walk to unless you shower when you arrive… catering to people who can’t get an apartment. Uber driver couldn’t believe I stayed there

The check-in process was over 20 minutes, we were the only one's checking in. Got to the room, the door keys didn't work, had to get keys programed again. The one bed had trash under the bed. The floors were sticky everywhere with noticeable spots with spills on the floor.
