The furniture was old and outdated. No USB ports at all. It looks like a military barracks

The hotel is nice. The clientele is awful. Yelling and arguing in the hallways. Marijuana use was rampant. Hallways and room smelled strongly of weed. Called front desk but nothing was done about it.

Sink didn’t drain, walls paper thin so next door tv that was left on kept me awake all night, smoke detector blinking light was like trying to sleep next to a lighthouse

Mold in every room, Bad smells, Dirty Rooms. Must have been used for hurricane relief. The rooms are trashed.

Booked three rooms & called the day before to notify that we would be a late check in. The lady said that’s no problem that as long as we had a reservation we could check in at any time. Tell me whyyyy when we arrived not only was there no one to check us in but the girl who was supposed to check us in came in 30 min after we got there. We had to wait for her for THIRTY minutes after driving 11 hours. And she had the nerve to try to charge my card. I will sue this place if I see a charge on my account. Never ever again. I liked that it was close to the neared shopping centers. I hated the bed it was really flat and hard it wasn’t a king it was a full. It seemed to be a very bad management very little Supervision. Don’t stay here!!!!!!

I love the property. Nice clean rooms. Very roomy. I am not a smoker so i love the idea of no smoking. I wish all places did that. That was my second time staying there. Love the location across from a walmart. Dont know if i will return. It took forever fir the desk clerk to come and check me in. I dialed 500 4 times.
