I reserved 3 rooms. There were ants and roaches on site. There was a tv that didn’t work. All lights didn’t work. Dogs were barking “loud” during the evening.

Avoid this hotel, pay little extra for good hotel Not a friendly staff, Floor sticking to feet, no room service (no cleaning, no linen/towels change, no refills of soap/shampoo) even if you stay more than one day, AC went was dusty had to open windows for fresh air, no early check in available (even if you want to pay) even though the website says it is available for a fee, elevators smell of cigarette smoking, no king rooms are available in the hotel at all. Does not recommend to anyone i know..

So... we arrived around 10pm for check in. Front desk was closed so we had to use house phone to call another state. They called someone at our hotel that was sleeping!! That whole process took 15 min. The next day we left for the day and returned at 9pm to find we were totally locked out because our keys didn’t work. Had to go through the same thing again, which took 30 min!!! No ice machines!! No hair dryer. No lamp. Tv remote was broken. And one cockroach running around the sink when we got up the first day. The lobby was ridiculously small looked like a booking station at a jail. Room was not ready at 7:30 Pm. Was told it would be 45 minutes come back. This was definitely a no frills hotel. Was clean.
