It wasn't clear on Expedia's website that this was more of an extended stay type of place vs a hotel. If I had looked on the actual website for the hotel, I would have known better. Because of this, the stay was definitely not what I was expecting. They have a no smoking policy, which I do appreciate. However, apparently someone was smoking on our floor, so the management was going door-to-door and knocking. I didn't answer after two very quick knocks, because I was on a work call. Nightmare I would not recommend this place to anyone. No coffee pot, when we got out of the shower, by the time we walked out to the bed the bottom of our feet were black from the floor. Drugs coming in from the streets. Staff is not friendly at all. Overall terrible place to stay

I liked the proximity to all the restaurants and Walmart and it was not too far to travel into Panama City Beach. Our sheets were still damp when we went to bed, no mirror or lamps in the room.

I reserved 3 rooms. There were ants and roaches on site. There was a tv that didn’t work. All lights didn’t work. Dogs were barking “loud” during the evening.

Avoid this hotel, pay little extra for good hotel Not a friendly staff, Floor sticking to feet, no room service (no cleaning, no linen/towels change, no refills of soap/shampoo) even if you stay more than one day, AC went was dusty had to open windows for fresh air, no early check in available (even if you want to pay) even though the website says it is available for a fee, elevators smell of cigarette smoking, no king rooms are available in the hotel at all. Does not recommend to anyone i know..

So... we arrived around 10pm for check in. Front desk was closed so we had to use house phone to call another state. They called someone at our hotel that was sleeping!! That whole process took 15 min. The next day we left for the day and returned at 9pm to find we were totally locked out because our keys didn’t work. Had to go through the same thing again, which took 30 min!!! No ice machines!! No hair dryer. No lamp. Tv remote was broken. And one cockroach running around the sink when we got up the first day.
