Room wasn’t cleaned properly. Hair on the towels...sheets were dirty...dirt ring around the tub..all around bad experience.

The room I reserved was changed after I had been charged. The room I was put in was filthy had full of roaches

I was not satisfied with the cleanliness or customer service. I will not be returning to any of the sites.

Worst Hotel ever!!!! It was awful...: never have we stayed at a hotel that was so gross. There was only one hand towel in the bathroom. We had three people that needed showers with that one towel...the elevator stuck and someone’s dog pooped at the exit door and people stepped in it and walked inside. It was awful!!!!!!!!!!

Disappointing stay The room I was given was dirty. There were dirt rings in the toilet and bathtub. The outlets and walls were dirty. I requested to be moved to another room and it was dirty as well. The staff was not very helpful and the customer service was poor. I never want to stay at the scenic hwy pensacola fl location EVER AGAIN.

You pay for what you get, the room was very small, the bed was what it said but was not supportive enough for me so I had a sore back for the next 3 days. But for only needing a place to sleep, it was enough. However, the walls are very thin which I could hear everything going on in the connected rooms..

Ehhhhh The bed was wayyyy too small and uncomfortable. The bed was literally a cot.
