This was the most disgusting place I have ever stayed at with my family. Cockroach in the room. Moved to a new room within minutes of being in the first one due to dog hair everywhere and a strong odor. Got to second room and it was almost just as bad. There was a different odor in every place we went. The elevator smelled like smoke, the hallways had this rediculous odor as well well as out room, which had a mildew odor. I would never even recommend this hotel to my enemy.

Worst stay ever Let me start with the positive. The hotel staff was very nice and customer service was great. They stay was HORRIBLE. They only have one elevator and it smelled and was saturated with animal hair and the smell of urine (not to mention im allergic to dogs cats and any other animal with fur 😩). Suppose to have checked in at 3pm room wasn’t ready until 7pm and still wasn’t no clean towels and shower curtain just was horrible and trash was under the beds. If no one calls me on this I’m going to social media because I paid for this and it was horrible.

Worst experience I have ever had It was horrible. Checked in my room and it smelled like weed and the bathroom was dirty. Asked for another room, which smelled better but had bugs in the pillows and crawling on the bed. Needless to say, me and my family left. They should not be listed as an option for stay. Wish I would have taken pictures, but I was too disgusted.

Price of Room Walls were paper thin Could here people walking and making noise all hours of the day and night! Unable to sleep ever night because of noise. Also found out that this hotel rented by the month etc. would not have made reservations if I knew! Price was the only reason! Ever other hotel in Pensacola is price gouging this time of year.

It smelled awful, we bought a room deodorizer. Room was clean, but common areas and grounds were not. We brought our 80 lb dog and they were OK with that. It was the only reason we stayed. Bed was very small and loud whenever we sat on it.

Stinky The cheapest hotel in Pensacola really is a dive. You get what you pay for. Funky smell in the hallway and in the room. Pet friendly? Check. Non-smoking hotel? Yeah, right. Dangerous exit from the parking lot onto the main road (traffic moves fast, and visibility is poor). My room had a kitchen. 2 miles from UWF campus, 4 miles from University Town Plaza mall, 5 miles from the airport.

Don’t stay here if you want sleep Place was clean and staff was nice but I got no sleep thanks to a patron whom I was told lived there. I stayed in room 303, he was in 301. Blasted tv all night, then after I made multiple complaints which staff did nothing about, he proceeded to intentionally beat on the wall. I finally got my headphones to tune him out.
