The office staff was really nice. Big downside was smells in the hotel. As soon as we entered the hotel, there was a stench. Also, I picked a non smoking room and we were put on the smoking floor. You could tell bc the smoke smell was so strong. We walked into our room and it smelled like cleaning chemicals. They obviously cleaned the heck out of the room prior to our arrival. Rooms and hallway and elevators reeked of smoke. Had to change hotels. Staff extremely friendly though.

Housekeeping was changing her baby in a room she was cleaning for a guest. Couldn't get a iron and clean towels. Room smell of smoke and it was suppose be non smoke room. Bathroom was not clean.

Considering none of our housekeeping staff has young children, we would venture to say that you probably saw a guest changing their child. Especially since we didn't have any housekeepers at the time you checked in in the late afternoon. Your reservation was for one night. Towels and irons and ironing boards are requested at the front desk. You were in a non smoking room. Any issues should have been addressed with the front desk.
The room had a kitchen with no dishes, silverware or even a bowl - The AC unit was very loud - There were hairs on the bed as well as the the shower walls. In order to get towels you will have to trade your dirty ones in. No transports for getting our things upstairs. No ice machine at all in the hotel - We were told to use the 2 ice cube trays in the freezer to make us. At time of check in, you accepted the room and housekeeping policies per your signature on a registration form. You also stayed 2 days without complaint. Nightmare on Scenic Hwy. First of all, access to the hotel is terrible and down right dangerous. Hospitality was not bad but needed work on being more knowledgeable of their jo s as hotel clerks. It was quite which was good but was a sleepless night die to the beds are uncomfortable and reminded me of being caught up in a dungeon and being bent and twisted by so.e device made for torture. DON’T STAY HERE Place smelled of weed in elevator and my entire floor. Toilet still had urine in it. Hotel billed my credit twice causing many inconveniences causing the cancellation of my card. The key didn’t work when I was coming in late after work. Absolutely terrible experience.

Definitely one to avoid The bed alone ruined the experience. It was the smallest "double" I've come across in the USA at just 4' 6" wide. Not only that, the bedstead was just an iron frame so the slightest movement caused everything to creak (loudly). Add in noisy neighbours and the smell of smoke in the elevator and you see this is definitely one to avoid.
