Terrible bed, no internet, no coffee or coffee maker no cable. Poor customer service.

The location was great for what I needed. I needed a bed to sleep in, ti provided just that. No curtains on the windows, just a crooked blind. The floors were not carpeted, just laminate flooring. You can hear upstairs very loudly. So much that you could hear them having "adult relations" all hours of the night and morning. No coffee pot, did have a kitchen. The TV did not work. Asked several times to have it fixed and never did, so got tired of asking. Overall, not a pleasant experience. Will not return

The refrigerator was dirty and there was mold in the bath tub. We could hear the people above us stomping around the majority of the night into the early morning. Will not stay here again.

This is my first time staying at Woodspring. Was given a room in the 3rd floor. When I stepped off the elevator the hall was filled with smoke. There are no services (breakfast, change of linen/towels). I won’t stay there again.

The entire hotel smelled like cigarettes from top to bottom. If you checkout early will not refund your money that you did not use. Found three different stands of hair in one bed.

We had three rooms. One room did not have a pillow. None of the rooms had shampoos or anything in the kitchen. There was no hair dryer. The front desk only opened from 8 to 10.
