Smelled like animals. Staffing was nice. Need to provide more towels.

Felt like I was staying in the Bates motel! it’s dirty, they had you a list of rules like it’s a flop house I would not nor never stay here again

I paid for two rooms and the lady told me that she would have someone come up there and spray. No one never came up to spray the room. My room key got locked in the room i had to wait 1hr for someone to come make me a new key and when she finally came she had a very nasty attitude it wasn't that late (930pm).

U didn’t like it at all! This was the worse hotel I’ve ever stayed at! They would only give you 2 towels in order to get more towels which we couldn’t get because no one was at front desk after 8pm... so when we called the number that was given they said they could only come down to reprogram key and that was it and that we would have to wait for towels at 8am next morning... so we waited next morning... we took our towels down they only replaced one towel saying none was clean... got the towel back to the room it’s white to... read more

I didn't get any sleep people above my room stomped every time they walked and people had pets. Also it had an off scent smell.

Avoid this place!!! Over powering garlicky smell in common areas and elevator. No carpeting on floors. No utensils, dishes, etc. No in room coffee. No fitness room. Not convenient to get in and out onto roads.
