The room had a kitchen with no dishes, silverware or even a bowl - The AC unit was very loud - There were hairs on the bed as well as the the shower walls. In order to get towels you will have to trade your dirty ones in. No transports for getting our things upstairs. No ice machine at all in the hotel - We were told to use the 2 ice cube trays in the freezer to make us. We stayed 2 nights and they told us we could not have house cleaning come in and clean our room. Just a blind on the window - No curtains, so I had to use p... read more

At time of check in, you accepted the room and housekeeping policies per your signature on a registration form. You also stayed 2 days without complaint. Nightmare on Scenic Hwy. First of all, access to the hotel is terrible and down right dangerous. Hospitality was not bad but needed work on being more knowledgeable of their jo s as hotel clerks. It was quite which was good but was a sleepless night die to the beds are uncomfortable and reminded me of being caught up in a dungeon and being bent and twisted by so.e device made for torture. DON’T STAY HERE Place smelled of weed in elevator and my entire floor. Toilet still had urine in it. Hotel billed my credit twice causing many inconveniences causing the cancellation of my card. The key didn’t work when I was coming in late after work. Absolutely terrible experience.

Definitely one to avoid The bed alone ruined the experience. It was the smallest "double" I've come across in the USA at just 4' 6" wide. Not only that, the bedstead was just an iron frame so the slightest movement caused everything to creak (loudly). Add in noisy neighbours and the smell of smoke in the elevator and you see this is definitely one to avoid.

Not good at all I've already sent an email to your hotel and obviously its been ignored. When I first checked in it took about 15 minutes because the young lady was having trouble with the computer. I told her that I had just rode a bus for 9 hours and this process isn't what I expected. My first night was horrible I'm not sure how cold it was that night, but the heat in the room didn't work, the room smelled horrible. I called the front desk 3 times that night and got reservations who told me to call back when the front des... read more

Bad choice, but good location to Pace The bed was very uncomfortable. The mattress needs to be replaced. There were no extra pillows or extra towels in the room or hotel. We stayed for 3 nights and there was no staff to clean the room or change the bed linen during the entire stay. We were only given one cow and one washcloth , no hand towel and had to use them the entire time. And the staff was not very friendly.. Would not recommend this hotel ever again and will not stay there ever again.

Check in staff was nice. Hotel looks nice from outside. Someone vomited in elevator and it was there still the next day. Hallway floors were dirty needed mopped. Room floor was dirty needed mopped. Bath tub had hair in it. Woke up to barking dogs next day. Bed was smaller then expected also seemed to be broken it made popping noises when getting into bed.

this a pit horrible smell no ice no utencils in kitchen area tiny old tv horrible cheap bed no worth ten dollars a night much less sixty
