Loud and helpless We were checked in late at night. We were put in a room facing a fuzzy did that was Lloyd before we got key in door. All night we could hear voices and people walking upstairs and the hall. We were conning of a 10+ void drive. Was hard to get manager to call me back about it I also left a small box wth my jeselry, I called within 1day but of course it was not turned in

Smelly room, loud ac, horrible bed The smell here is notrociois. Even though we had a non smoking room, it had a smoky smell and smoky smell in every ounce of the hallway. It reeked. My nine year old got nauseous. The bed was horrible squeaky cheap. Not worth the small amount i paid. Not worth it at all. No shampoo in room -a kitchen but no dishes or anything at all. Air condition super loud and obnoxious. You either freeze or burn up. No I’m between. And the ac motor super loud. Horrible experience.

Room I booked this room online and it was supposed to have a let of sofa but it did not. I had to sleep on the floor and was very uncomfortable. The check in lady sent me to the wrong room. She also had my room under the incorrect name. She did give me blankets and sheets so that I would not be cold sleeping on the floor.

I would not stay there again! It has no pool. The kitchen has no coffee pot, or cups, nothing but a stove top, microwave, refrigerator.. It smelled awful!! I don't know where the smell came from. The carpet was dirty!! Your socks, or feet would get black from walking on the carpet.

Hotel room did not look very clean. Hair in the shower, dirty shelves,etc. Very outdated. Not the worse hotel I’ve stayed at but even for the price we paid, we thought it would’ve been cleaner than what it was.

Looks good on the outside but it smells and looks This place smells like it was infested with roaches, the walls need to be wiped down. You walk into the room they had cigarette burns in the carpet, a kitchen with no accessories and there was no shampoo or soap provided for the room

Looks good, but problems Our room was supposed to be ready for check-in at 3:00. It was not ready until 4:40. There is no lobby, so we waited in our car. The tile floor was sticky to walk on. The rooms do not have a hair dryer. We requested a hair dryer from the desk at 8:00 am. We were told it would be sent "right up." After about 15 minutes of waiting for it, we left the hotel. Not worth the money. It's more like a rehab..You can't get a good night sleep due to doors opening and closing all night long.

On the outside the hotel was nice looking but the inside was a different story. Some rooms were animal friendly and reeked of pet urine down the halls. The staff only clean the rooms every 14 days and that was disturbing for me. Lastly, my bed was so uncomfortable it was like sleeping on concrete with a sheet over it.
