Rooms were supposed to be smoke free but smelled strongly of smoke. Floors and shower curtain were dirty.

Three pillows on the bed and none of them had pillow cases. Nobody available at the front desk to assist. Remnants of garbage in the trash can from previous occupants.

Poor experience My stay at the Extended Stay was a horrible experience. I've stayed there before, and it was never like this. I checked in then went out again. I came back at around 12:15 am. My key didn't work. The phone on the wall didn't work. I stood there for about 30 to 40 mins hoping someone came down to let me inside. The floor was dirty and there was literally hair on the clean towels from the previous occupants. I recorded a video of the hair on the clean towel that I was supposed to use. I woke up at 4am and just left. I didn’t even wait until the 11 o’clock check out time. The bed was horrible. It was literally a super mattress on a spring.
