Horrible, no es un lugar donde te sientas seguro. Las dos habitaciones que me asignaron estaban sucias y olian muy mal. En proceso de reembolso se tarda. No lo recomiendo.

Horrible Place! I booked this hotel at 11:21 Pm on Wednesday and I arrived @ 11:48 pm on Wednesday. When I get there there is no attendant in the office. Only a sign to dial room 415. No answer, corporate customer service tried to get a hold of onsite attendant and no answer. I was tired and after waiting till 1:20 am on Thursday morning I went to stay at another hotel and paying way more. What a lack of respect and customer service!

This business is not suitable to stay in. Rodents calling everywhere and it not a safe hotel to stay in know the card keys don’t work so u have to leave ur door open to get back in your room. It was so frustrating

This place should advertise that they do not take late check-in's. My daughter and I were traveling and I booked and prepaid for this hotel. We hit bad weather and didn't get there until almost 3am. There is no night staff. I called the after hours check in number and was hung up on. Called back and was told that someone should have told me that they do not offer late check in. There was one staff member who was accommodating and polite, otherwise, rude, argumentative, staff as well as in extreme disrepair, unclean and entrance under construction at level unsafe for drivers to use.
