Smells terrible in the general areas as well as the room. Dirty hairs and legit pubes on the towels. Multiple people (crackheads?) storming up and down the parking lot and the front desk employees only laughed about it when I mentioned I was concerned. Old food left in the microwave. Incredibly loud hallways with nothing to help the noise on the doors. At the end of the day you get what you pay for but the pubes and mildew are really an issue.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed at This hotel stinks once you enter the building. The hotel employees were nice but often the front desk office had no one and often have to wait. We asked for a “do not disturb sign” and they don’t provide it due to rooms needed to be clean every 14 days. The room was not properly clean. In the small studio there is 2 burner stove and a sink which is convenient but no kitchen items are provided, if you want utensils, mugs or kitchen supplies (skillet, pots) you need to rent it which was a BIG ... read more

Room i booked was not available upon arrival. Booked a double bed through hotels.com. Upon arrival room has single bed. Could not stay with 2 ppl sleeping in single bed. Need refund asap.

They do not accept cash payment like i was told. The parking lot looked like a trash truck vomited and the room smelled like mold and i found it under the sink. BLACK MOLD !!

A last resort It took over an hour just to get checked in. Then I was treated as if it was my fault they took so long to come down and chase I is in. The room was clean. However the hotel outside and lobby was a disaster. There were multiple people there waiting to be checked in and others left and canceled their reservation. I would have had I not needed a late check in since I was coming in from out of town. And my night would not have been refunded.

Yuck I should've asked for a refund. I arrived late and it took forever to check in and when I got to my room the bed was stripped with only 1 pillow. No toilet paper. No towels and no trash cans like the maid half assed started the room. I was lucky to catch the clerk before she left so they could move me to a different room. If I hadn't known they had a closing time and would up coming any later I would have been screwed. There were bugs all over the place and the walls and floors were filthy.
