There was overflowing garage all around the property, people smoking marijuana and drinking. There were dogs everywhere and feces in the parking lot. We did not stay there.

They take reservations but no one will be available to check in

Bed was horrible, felt like it was going to break. Pillows had a wet waxy texture to them. The keycard machine was broken at check in, so the staff had to escort me to the room anytime I wanted to go out, and when I was talking with them she talked down to me like she had better things to do.

Hotel ran out of room keys and stated they would have to walk us to our room and let us in. They stated if we needed to leave the room that we would need to either leave the door cracked open to our room or go to front desk to have them open our room again each time. Problem is there is not someone 24 hours at the front desk, so if you leave your room after they leave, you are out of luck. Room and sheets were wet to the touch. Baby roaches noted in the bathroom. Took 45mins from the time of my arrival to be checked in, front desk agent tried 4 different key cards to let me in and none worked- she blamed my wedding ring being the reason. She explained she had to walk around the property to try and find us a clean room (room was booked in advance) she walked us to the room, let us in and walked away. Room was wet. Literally sheets and pillows wet, floor felt oily. Room was in fact not clean to hotel standards.

Horrible place to stay for a business trip, will not be using this place again. Fire alarms going off in the middle of the night, sketchy people hanging out in the parking lot, and service desk people are rude and unhelpful.

No one was at the front desk when we arrived and an alarm was going off in the lobby. I used the phone in the lobby for assistance and they told me someone was on their way. I waited about 30 minutes and called again for them to tell me the same thing. Eventually someone came to check us in. She said “let me make sure this room isn’t occupied” and walked around the corner and quickly returned and said “we don’t have a room with 2 beds is it okay if I give you 2 rooms instead?” I agreed as long as she didn’t charge me for the... read more

Stay a week or not at all The room has nothing but a bar of soap. No cup, nothing. Unless you bring your own stuff and plan on staying a while, find another hotel.
