I'm supposed to book a double room, they gave me a regular, there were cockroaches

Room was musty and dirty. Dirty towels hanging in yhe restroom. Broken cabinets. Room had very bad

It was absolutely filthy… couldn’t see out the window. Dirt in the window seal. Floor was so dirty you left footprints when we walked across it. No carpet all laminate flooring so shouldn’t be hard to mop it. We went to target and bought blankets to lay in anc cover up and when we folded them the next morning there were 3 black bugs on the bedding under our blanket… not happy I spent 229 for this dive. But the staff was great!

Pool was not working; staff was not friendly and accommodative, noisy, dirty. Your website said there is a shuttle bus to the airport-lie! NO SHUTTLE! Poor breakfast. Very disappointed! I will never stay there again!

Disgusting. Roaches, dirty sink, dirty towels, broken fridge, homeless under the stairs by my room. I was AFRAID my entire time.

My room had fingernail clippings on the main counter space. It reeked of smoke, and other questionable aromas. One electrical outlet was almost entirely exposed and would be a danger to curious children/animals. The staff were friendly and kind, but that does not make up for the lack of care of the property itself. Definitely not worth the price tag a single night costs, let alone more nights than that.
