Was able to check in early. Food selection was limited and at or below par. Safety concerns when multiple police cars pulled into the property to deal with a renter.
It was a fine stay. Very bare bones and area was not that great. Room stunk like “wet cats” according to my kids.

Room was spacious, bed comfortable, a bit loud as it is on a busy street. Room could use some updating, but it was clean. Breakfast a bit sparse but at least there was one. Expensive, but I guess that’s par for the course on a weekend in Phoenix.
