Nice location, very quiet.... but No daily or weekly cleaning, clean towels, clean sheets,or garbage removal, unless you pay extra.
Worst hotel experience of my life Worst hotel experience of my life. We checked in and checked out 30 minutes later. There are people that live in the rooms. Every time someone walked to the restroom we would get a bang on our floor. We received a phone call from the front office due to complaint. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? We couldn't WALK in the room. Hotel conveniently close to highway Very close to Dunlap exit on I 17, so a lot of traffic noise. Nothing in easy walking distance except an Irish pub, that you must cross an extremely busy street to get to. Vending machines & laundry on ground floor. Expected more. My expectation was base on other extended stay. When I arrive, I was read a list of do's and don'ts. Order wifi not turned on, she blamed my iPad. Wifi was on the evening of second day.

Not Worth the Savings If you like: Hard beds with no mattress, to be able to take out your own trash, to only have towels/bedding changed once a week, to have smoke filter through the bathroom vent, to have no plates, cups or utensils even though you have a sink and stove, stained bedspreads, filthy rug, smelly room, seedy characters hanging around and dumpster diving, terrible room lighting, and have to replace your own toilet paper, no guest services ... then this hotel is for you.
