Rude staff no service We arrived at 11 am and were rudely told that check in is at 3 don't come back before that. We left and returned at about 5:30 only to find the check in desk closed. Had to call a number and waited about 10 minutes for check in clerk to arrive. The clerk then made copies of both mine and my wife's drivers license. I work in banking and this is a major security risk for identity theft. Never Again!!! The stay started with a rude clerk checking us in because we were a late arrival (phoned ahead to tell them we had a late flight and would be arriving late). All downhill after that. 1. Security at hotel is questionable--clerk warned us of this 2. Suite is a regular room with some cabinets, a stove, and refrigerator. The staff was not very service minded, the neighborhood was noisy, there were no soap provided in the shower and minimal towels, but we only had one roach sighting in four nights.

Worst stay ever! Lockdown, no ice machine, no shampoo or conditioner, door cards did not work, check-in did nothing to try make our stay better. Will never stay here again or recommend. Just hope the other home wood suites are not all the same!

Fair It had a great location! Not much else no coffee pot or utensils of any kind!! Shower curtain dirty. Had mold on it. They onlybchange linens every 14 days no fresh towels. Limited vending!! The best thing it had goin was the price and location!!

One of the WORST hotels we've encountered Three of us checked in for four nights at 9:30 pm. The front desk is ONLY open from 8 am to 10 pm. NOTE: You cannot check in after 10 pm. Odd check in-we each had to sign a number of security documents. We had reserved a non smoking room. AFTER checking in and upon arrival at our room, we found three ashtrays in it. Avoid!!!!!!! I'll give an overview of the things I found upsetting. 1. You must sign a document outlining a lengthy list of rules about contacting the desk during off hours. You are charged $10 if you contact them during off hours with a non emergency issue. 2. Desk is not staffed at night or on Sunday. The desk has a roll down solid metal cover when closed. 3. Bring your own supplies. No hand towels, pans, plates, silverware, dish soap, sponge. No one supplies the room except every 14 days. Ask for toilet paper, or more then one soap. (inch sized) Desk not open before 9am or after 8pm or just 10 to about 5 on weekends. Make a dollar store stop or pay 35 dollars to see what the plates package gets you. Price for staying the best you could get in March, but no lamps, (overhead spots lights) and a princess phone. No call to the desk, which has the limited open time.
