Slept in the car the 1st night Slept in the car the 1st night as the on call person was not answering the phone after hours. Called the day before to confirm someone will be at the front desk after hours to let us in and we were reassured by the hotel staff there will be an on call person available no problem. Obviously, that did not happen. The hotel did not even offer a discount for the 1st night. Kitchen was included in the room but there was no pots, or pans to cook on or even plates or cups to use. Awful hotel I'm beyond disappointed in this hotel. The internet connection was absolutely awful, didn't work the first night and slow the remainder of the week. No one comes to give you clean towels, soap, shampoo or clean the room. Just an absolute mess and the place has a bad smell. I stayed there on business because it was my first time in Phoenix and I will not use this hotel again!

This not hotel This hotel live lots people whom longer term living there; the hotel staffs not very nice to people. Very noisy room to room. Don't just choice the hotel just for the price or it outlooks.

You pay for roaches Budget friendly doesn't have to mean you have to have unwanted guest. The hotel seems clean on the outside and the clerk that checked us in was nice. We hadn't planned to be in the room that much. Just pretty much there to sleep and to shower. The room comes equipped with a little kitchenette. So we went out to purchase a few items for breakfast. Toilet was clogged and did not receive help or nobody came to find out the problem. Room was not cleaned and did not receive fresh towels have to demand them. Staff members very lazy.
Terrible! People leaning on the walls around the hotel in a not so nice neighborhood really is uncomfortable. Combine that with the manager listening to Rapp music at a loud level while trying to register really is unprofessional. Then, the room that we booked wasn't available . Horrible experience.
