Poor management, need training! No linen service! This place is weird! Can't really recommend or endorse! There was a problem with check in that SHOULD have been avoided. Thankfully, great customer service from the man at front desk helped aleviate my anger! I am a single parent with young kids, and this was the first time I reserved instead of paid for stay on line. Low cost- low expectations Non-smoking room was not made available to us. The smoke on smoking floor was asphyxiating. It ruined the stay for me. No coffee available. Single flat pillows, no extras. Very minimal. Not worth the savings.

It is the worst place ever! I do not recommend it! Apparently when we made our reservation the non smoking room request was just a "preference", not a guarantee. The smoking is so bad that every morning we woke up with red tearing eyes, itchy throats and headache. The manager( he looked like a supervisor at least) was so rude to us when we asked if we can get a different room. So we had to buy special masks from Home Depot to deal with the smoke. If you want close to freeway Bring your own towels, don't expect friendliness or courtesy.

Not good My bathroom had hair all over from the previous guest when i arrived. Bring your own shampoo as they have none. Don't arrive late because the staff gets very upset if you do. Only advantage is that it's cheap. Glad I didn't have my family along.

Not great, but adequate. I would describe this room as "Spartan", very basic accommodations! I know that when I booked, but didn't have many choices. Desk closes at 8PM, and opens at 9AM - this is primarily a long term stay hotel. No table lamp by bed - just 2 bright can lights in the ceiling. Very noisy - right next to an on ramp to interstate highway.

Nasty, Nasty! We checked in and checked right back out within 15minutes. Once we got to the forth floor, it reeked of smoke, stained carpet the entire length of the hallway. We opened the door to the room and it smelled worse. Having breathing issues before we arrived, we wouldn't have survived the night. Nasty, nasty place.

I was very disappointed with our current stay at this location. The customer service was non-existent; the staff was pretty rude and unfriendly. For what our stay cost, I would expect to have my room cleaned, trash cans emptied and fresh towels on a daily basis as any other hotel or motel would do, for that matter. Our towels were not clean to begin with, but when we asked about getting fresh towels, we were advised that we had to pay a fee for that.
