Nichtraucher-Zimmer, das nach Rauch stinkt Wir haben explizit ein Nichtraucher-Zimmer gebucht. Wir bekamen dann ein Zimmer, das zwar offiziell als Nichtraucher-Zimmer gekennzeichnet war, aber in dem es überall nach Rauch gestunken hat. Auf Anfrage bei Personal konnten wir leider in kein anderes Zimmer versetzt werden und wurden damit vertröstet, dass dieses Zimmer eben mit anderen Zimmer verbunden sind, die Raucher-Zimmer sind, und wir es deswegen riechen. Calling Corporate in the a.m. . I got stiffed on my room. I went to check in after hours, and the receptionist stated the gave my room away! Called the police to make a report. Police came and receptionist lied and said I threatened him. Then told the officers that they did not see my reservation number. But the officers verified my receipt via email stating room was paid for. Smh. Never experienced anything like this in my life.

Management refused to speak for n person Thin walls/floors. Reused to move the woman above who has ocd. Constant floor pounding at all hours. Refused refund. Don't stay here unless you can get top floor.

Would not recommend/dirty The bathroom toilet was very dirty it had black spots all over it and the sheets/pillow cases were stained.

Rude staff memebers When checking in the for staff member was so rude didn't tell me anything was so busy on his phone and trying to have "someone come through to drop something off" I wanted to get an extra day or weekly man named David was so rude disrespectful that I instantly packed my bags and went to red roof inn

Bad getaway it was awful in one word just awful you were treated so poorly and conditions of the room before the management was just abusive is not worth staying there at all.
