NOT FOR FAMILIES My room wasn’t ready until 8PM! I arrived at 1PM waited 7 hours for my room only to end up with one pillow pillowcases were still hot clean by 10:45pm staff is over worked and need help other guests are rude to the staff not abiding by no smoking policies and not picking up after their pets it seems this is a homeless shelter more than a hotel

Cheaper rates, not worth it I thought it was a great area close to sports complex. Greeted by drug users right outside the doors. Checked in around 4:40 pm, room was not ready. Saw trash in elevator (used q-tips) and chips , no biggie, was still there 2 days later. Saw a roach downstairs, none in room. A/C was so loud! Set up was great, except loudness thru out the night.

First of all when I entered my information into Expedia I asked for two nights. Second the place is a Nongovernmental organization because everyone there were illegal aliens paid for by our tax dollars. The place was filthy, noisy from the partying, the TV did not work and I reported it was not fixed. No complimentary soap or shampoo in the bathroom. Unsafe and they did not answer the door to let me check in nor did they have my reservation booked on file from Expedia so please refund me immediately

Room wasn’t the cleanest. Found 4 roaches in the bathroom. No hair dryer or shampoo / conditioner already in room called FD twice to request some but the line just rang and rang. Only one elevator so there is a bit of a wait. Felt rushed checking out because 2 seperate workers came to knock on door to ask if we got extended when it was only 1030 and checkout is 11am. Marie at the FD was very nice however. Her customer service was very attentive.
