Noisy neighbors throughout the hall all night long, people playing loud music past 1 am in the parking lots and partying, the property is listed as “new” complete bs, the toilet had urine on it when we checked in, the property isn’t kept up at all. I’ve stayed at 4 Extended Stays in the Phoenix area and this is by far the worst! Horrible!

No one was at reception for checking in, I spent more than 30 minutes in the lobby. They don't change towels nor making the bed.

The whole place smells like smoke… people smoke in the stairwells. It’s gross and was supposed to be a nonsmoking hotel.

I slept in my car. I paid for my room around 9pm. I arrived at the hotel and everything was closed. I wasn’t able to check in cause nobody was there. I slept in my car. Website says open from 9am - 11pm and they closed at 10pm. There was no customer service available at all!

This hotel looks like a dirty apartment. The AC was very limited. Room smelled like cigarettes. Beds were horrible. We had people up making noise all freaking night! People using a hammer like they were hanging pictures ! 1st and last time!

This property is not kept up. Area doesn't feel safe. Waited 30 minutes to check in. Rooms didnt feel clean and they were not comfortable. Does not feel welcoming.

Reserved a room with two beds. They overbooked so I got downgraded to a room with one bed and a pullout couch. The couch did not pullout. So I overpaid for a room that was not worth its original price. Staff was not helpful
