Check in window was closed for lunch at 2:30 p.m. I never heard of this. After I got out of the elevator, I was met with the foul stench of garbage wafting in the air. They did not offer shampoo or tissues.

Don't stay at this property. They tried to charge me for my dog after I paid for my dog. We went up to our room and it was supposed to be two double beds but it was one double bed and a tiny fold-out couch. I went and complained and she said she could refund me but I have no idea what she's going to refund me. Probably hasn't even happened yet. Have stayed in other extended stays and been fine, this one however was not a great experience. Zip ties holding the bed frame together, it was dirty, not the best neighborhood. No one is on duty in the morning until 10:00am.

Most uncomfortable bed. Two towels and a wash cloth. No hand towel. People hanging out in hallways, felt unsafe.
