No attendant on site. Room had no towels, blankets, nor pillow cases. Room had a putrid stench. Locked myself out of room and no attendant on site to help.

Property is a place where the illegal homeless are staying. There was smoking in halls. The toilet didn’t flush. The bathroom sink was clogged. I drove in from California. By the time I got done with work I only sleep there. I had a meeting first thing in AM. I will NOT stay there again. My company will NOT be using this facility again. The room was not like it looked and line and I attempted to check out and wasn’t able to get a refund so I paid for a room I didn’t even sleep in

For the price they charged there should have been more at the property. They only had a couple of vending machines. No extra food, pool , or kids area. The beds looked like they were on metal stilts.

Zero stars. Front desk woman (manager, oh wow!!) incapable of checking people in on time. Made multiple people wait over 45 mins while she checked on rooms. Then decided to move everyone to a different floor where there were clean rooms. All this happened after 3 pm guaranteed checkin time WITH NO apology or discount. Our hotel room was NOT properly cleaned. The bottom bathroom wall next to the toilet had pee stains running down the wall. The microwave had burn marks on the outside of the door as if the previous occupant had burned food. I was very displeased with our room. The front desk was notified immediately of my observations of uncleanliness and was rectified. My overall impression of hotel was not good.
